35 minutes Kathy Smith upper body sculpting
15 minutes walking Molly
Taught 4 yoga classes

Breakfast: homemade apple sauce

Lunch: homemade chimichangas (baked, not fried) (corn tortillas, cheese, retried beans, salsa)

Snack: international chai tea

Dinner: odwalla superfood smoothie (190calories) small handful almonds
